The Beauty of Lost and Found

What once was lost can never truly be found

Nothing, like it used to be

old and new again.

We used to be friends, and honest

with each other.

Lovers, walking the tightrope,

love-lost.

Found in the beauty of memory-

Nothing Concrete-

Like cookies stolen from the cookie jar,

When no ones looking.

But I see you...Beautifully lost.

And I am, Me, found in you.

Why da poetry hub?

Once upon a time I started a little yahoo poetry group. I was proud of it, I invited friends and poetic family. It was my hope that, that magical thing that happens when poets get together....would. Let's just say there was magic and Valdemort would be proud. (If you didn't get that reference, it's all good.)
